Individual Psychotherapy

In individual therapy, Lisa works with her clients to gain a better level of understanding into their everyday thinking patterns and behaviors. Lisa works collaboratively with her clients to tailor the treatment to their individual needs. For many, what this may look like is an exploration around how they imagine a future of fulfillment and peace. Lisa will support her clients in identifying specific goals and values, as well as barriers to taking the steps necessary to getting where they want to be. Lisa will also teach clients specific skills to help them along the way. For others, therapy may include practicing communication skills, integrating creativity into one's life or exploring self-identity. Whatever it may be for you, Lisa offers a safe space for clients to really dig in and make lasting change.


Family Therapy

While family sessions are often anxiety provoking, some of the best work impactful work comes as a result of family therapy. In family sessions, Lisa aids family members in identifying their needs within the family structure and communicating this to their loved ones. With the participation of the different members in the room, clients are supported in taking an honest look at the different roles they might be serving in their family and getting feedback or commmitment from family members to make necessary changes. Through this work, many clients share feelings better understood, heard, and validated in their everyday lives.
